Writer James Baldwin tells the story of race in modern America with his unfinished novel, “Remember This House.” Narrated by Samuel L. Jackson and directed by Raoul Peck, the film envisions the book Baldwin never completed - a radical narration about race in America, through the lives and assassinations of three of his friends: Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers and Malcom X., using only the writer’s original words.
Nominated for the 2017 Academy Award for Best Documentary.
