Elevate your Purim celebration! At this wine seminar and tasting you’ll learn about the grapes of Portugal and the lesser-known regions of Spain. Led by world-class sommelier Orr Reches. After completing his IDF service, Reches, a Tel Aviv native, took a bartender course, moved to New York City, and became a barman and sommelier at some of the city’s finest dining Michelin-rated establishments. Canning is all about locking in great local, fresh, seasonal flavors, so that you can enjoy them throughout the year! During Tu B’Shevat (the Jewish holiday of trees) participants will learn canning science and safety, and  leave with jars of food and the skills to continue pickling at home! Taught by instructor Josh Furman. Prices include $5 canning supply fee.
